Thank you for choosing Sudhir Tutorials. We aim to ensure our students have a rewarding experience while discovering, assessing, and purchasing our educational courses. By buying a course on Sudhir Tutorials, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and the policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once you enroll in a course or purchase a digital product through our App, you gain immediate access to the proprietary educational material. Therefore, traditional "cancellations" prior to shipping do not apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a strict 7-Day Refund Policy from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course content due to a technical error on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.
• Unconsumed Content: If you have viewed less than 10% of the total course videos and materials. If you have downloaded PDFs or viewed a substantial portion, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
• Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You simply change your mind after consuming the content.
• The 7-day refund window has passed.
• Your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing your account, pirating videos).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us from your registered email address with the following details:

• Your Full Name
• Registered Phone Number
• Order / Transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and analyze your course progress. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
